Chris did an outstanding job for us. The entire project was run efficiently and we did appreciate the timely updates from Tanya that kept us in the loop with regard to progress and what to expect next.

 Chris is an experienced and knowledgable pool contractor and he was always responsive to our phone calls and questions. Before work began, we received a manual that explained the phases of construction and payment plan, so that we always knew what to expect. It was a pleasure working with Chris and Tanya, and I highly recommend their company. Our pool is gorgeous!

Also, what we liked about Alta is the fact that even now, after ten months, when we have a question about the pool, they call right back and immediately answer my questions. We always say, part of a good company is the service you get after the project is completed. I feel that Alta is outstanding in customer relations.

After three years of construction, there are very few vendors I would recommend in good conscience. We appreciated how easy Chris is to work with, and how he was flexible in getting us to the pool we really wanted. 

After meeting with a few pool contractors, we decided to go with Alta American Pools. Our neighbors recommended Chris and we can see why. He was attentive and creative. Everything that he promised was delivered. Chris even finished our project early! How refreshing. We are thrilled with our pool, spa and cover.
